Bell Mobilité

A Motion for authorization to institute a class action was filed with the Superior Court of Quebec on behalf of all the clients of prepaid mobility service of Bell Mobility who pay their air time, among other things, by pre-authorised debit and from whom Bell Mobility has withdrawn the accumulated air time. This motion was filed following Bell Mobility's unilateral illegal decision to withdraw all the air time accumulated by the members of the group.

This action has been settled following Bell Mobility's announcement that it would not follow up on its decision to cancel the air time accumulated by the members of the group.
