Case settled
Option Consommateurs has filed a Motion for authorization to institute a class action on behalf of any person who, in Quebec, has purchased polychloroprene (PCP) and has paid an inflated price as a result of an agreement aimed at fixing the price of PCP. The Motion alleges, among other things, that certain manufacturers of this product have conspired in order to unduly restrict competition and to unreasonably increase the price of PCP.
This class action is led by Belleau Lapointe, LLP
