Even if you have been compensated under the Volkswagen/Audi 2.0L TDI (Diesel) Emissions Settlement in Canada, in the class action against Volkswagen, this does not preclude you from being a member of the current Class Action against Bosch.

On January 20, 2017, an Application for Authorization to Institute a Class Action was filed with the Superior Court in the present case. The plaintiff alleges notably that Bosch has developed a secret software, which has been installed in some Volkswagen and Audi vehicles in order to make them comply with environmental standards, by falsifying the results obtained during vehicle emissions tests.

This class action is led by Belleau Lapointe, LLP.
